Bottle in twine

Home decoration : Bottle wrapped in twine 

Another simple decoration for your home. Easy to make with your kids, this decoration is homemade and not expensive at all.

All you need is an interesting empty bottle, some twine and dry wheat.

You can put in the glass any dry flowers if you have.

Using glue or hot glue, dabbed a bit of it at the point where you want to start and then attach the end of the twine. Wrap the end of the bottle in twine. Once in a while add another dab of glue to be sure the twine is secure.  It is necessary to put glue at the end so it stays together. After the twine is glued you can start wrapping the top of the bottle. Don’t cut the twine. Just made a model and do the twine at the top of the bottle. Any model is good. Let it dry for a few hours.

Put the wheat inside and you are done.

Instead of twine you can use any type of yarn so it goes very well with all the decorations you have home. It is also a very beautiful home gist for your friends. Could be a warming house gift.
